Opportunity for Ongoing Part-Time Casual Work as a Dental Assistant – Immediate Start!
Flexiforce is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Dental Assistant for a Dental Clinic in Bowral.
This is an ongoing casual position. 1 day per week, every Wednesday. Immediate start.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and also be willing to undergo additional training on the job.
Important Notice:
This is a smoke-free dental practice. As a clinical healthcare environment, strict infection control and hygiene practices are maintained, including a no smoking policy.
Main Tasks:
- Sterilising dental instruments and equipment, using high-pressure cleaning systems including an autoclave
- Maintaining a tidy and organised clinical environment, including cleaning up after dental procedures
- Assisting the Dental Practitioner with chairside support, when required
- Ensuring infection control and hygiene standards are consistently met
- Supporting general day-to-day operations, as directed
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Willingness to undertake training and develop skills further
- Strong work ethic
- Well-presented, smart, and professional
- A quick learner with the ability to follow instructions accurately
